Intel is entering to smartphone world with Lava Xolo X900. The first Intel powered smartphone come through Lava Xolo X900 with some exclusive specifications. Lava Xolo X900 was released at Mobile World Congress in Spain on February 2012. Now Lava has decided to launch the smartphone in India.
Lava Xola X900 comes with Intel's Atom Z2460 processor which is having a 1.6 GHz clock speed. Intel claims that the Xola X900 is the world's fastest smartphone and they have also planned to make partnership with Orange, Lenova, Motorola and ZTE to make Intel powered Android smartphones. Lava Xolo X900 will be having a Android Gingerbread platform and is expected to get ICS update soon. The 4.03 inch LCD display Lava Xola X900 comes with 8 MP camera and a front facing camera for video call. The hardware of the smartphone is also strong with 1 GB RAM, 16 GB internal storage and with HSPA+ connectivity.
Lava Xola X 900 has been only released in India and Indian customers can buy the smartphone from Lava's website with a price of 22,000 Indian rupees.
