Wtab 7.2 Android ICS Tablet PC in India for Rs 4,899

I don't know what's happening in India's Tablet PC industry. A bunch of budget tablets are coming to Indian cheap Tablet PC market. The revolution starts with the Aakash tablet and later Micromax, Karbonn and Reliance follows the Aakash. Now a new member comes into the India's cheapest Tablet PC industry from the hands of Champion computers. The tablet is known as Wtab 7.2.

When we say the name of a cheap Tablet PC the first question which will arises in every mind is its speed. Wtab 7.2 comes with 1.5 GHz cortex A8 processor with 512 MB RAM. It's quiet good for a budget tablet PC. Also users of Wtab 7.2 will never experience scarcity in memory because memory specifications of Wtab 7.2 is 4GB internal and 32 GB external . The tablet comes with a 7 inch capacitive display which is full touch and ease to use. Looking on connectivity Wtab 7.2 has a WiFi and 3G dongle support. It has no Bluetooth and also you cannot insert SIM cards and hence the Wtab 7.2 cannot be used as a phone. For video calls Wtab 7.2 has a 1 MP camera which is not good for taking photographs. Their battery life is 5 hours and with a weight of 320 Grams it is one of the lightest Tablet PC in cheap budget Tablet PC industry.

Wtab 7.2 runs with Android 4.0 ICS OS. All the budget Tablet PC in India are with the same OS and the exception is the Karbonn Smart Tab 1 which recently announces the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update for their OS. We don't know any app compatibility issues and we will add this in our review which will be provided soon. Anyway the Tablet PC comes with inbuilt apps like Angry Birds, Facebook, Skype etc.

Wtab 7.2 comes with a price tag of Rupees 4,899 in India. The Tablet PC also offers a 1 year warranty for their customers. We know that there are many Tablet PC in India with similar specifications and price and it is difficult to say the market opportunity of Wtab 7.2. Also Wtab 7.2 lags HDMI port which is already available for similar Tablet PC. Wtab 7.2 is available in major electronic showrooms and online retail stores.
