Steps for Rooting Motorola Droid 4
2. Install latest Motorola drivers from here.
3. Make your Motorola Droid 4 in USB debugging mode. You can do this by Settings > Applications > Development > USB debugging.
4. Attach to the PC which contains the downloaded file.
5. You can see “run.bat” file in the extracted folder. Run the file.
6. After rooting your Droid 4 will be re-booted.
