Here are the exclusive pictures we got from Crackberry.com. The hardware in the photos are the current 9860 hardware. But the OS in the screen is completely new which is expected as next generation BlackBerry 10 OS. The Crackberry.com get this news from an email from RIM containing a document which is prepared by RIM's advertising agent BB10 for the promotion of new OS. So we can expect BlackBerry phones with BlackBerry 10 OS in one or two months because RIM has already started their promotion of their OS.
The home screen of the BlackBerry 10 OS is completely different to that of old versions. They have included there own widgets in the homescreen. So the homescreen will act as a mini app for the phone which is similar to that of Android phones and Windows phones. In the screenshots we can see weather, map , call logs and album widgets in the homescreen.
The menu icons also have changed a bit. Instead of a static image, the icons are showing contents of the particular icon. For example we can see the list of apps open right in folder icon. Similarly you can see the images in the album in the picture icon and the next alarm time in the clock icon. A universal message box which has been already implemented in BlackBerry PlayBook OS 2.0 is implemented in BlackBerry 10 OS. The caller interface also looks pretty good.
While looking into all the images we can expect some special user interface from BlackBerry 10 which can make a good competition to Android and Windows phones.
