Asus Transformer Pad Infinity Features, Specifications and Price

It was on CES ASUS creates forest fire in gadgets market by the release of fastest gadget in history of gadgets which is ASUS Transformer Prime. Now in MWC 2012 ASUS announced the most expensive and fastest device called ASUS Transformer Pad Infinity. The ASUS Transformer Pad Infinity will not replace the first generation ASUS Transformer Prime and it means that still you will be able to purchase the old Transformer Prime.

ASUS Transformer Pad Infinity comes with 263 x 180.8 x 8.5mm size with Full HD Super IPS+ display having a size of 10.1 inch. The weight of the tablet is 586 Grams. The processor is 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 MSM8960 S4 Krait Dual-core 1.5Gh processor which can download and upload with a speed of 100Mbps and 50Mbps respectively. It contains an 1 GB RAM and storage memory is 16GB-64 GB.

When looking into camera, ASUS Transformer Pad Infinity is strong with 8MP camera with LED flash. You can also make good quality video calls with the 2 MP front camera. The OS is Android 3.2. Company is also offering a cinematic-audio visual package with the help of ASUS Sonic Master sound technology.  Similar to Prime, ASUS Transformer Pad Infinity will be having a mobile dock which will contain an additional 22Whr battery. The dock will be of 263mm x 180.8mm x 8 - 10.4mm with a weight of 537g.

The design of ASUS Transformer Pad Infinity have slight variation to that of ASUS Transformer Prime. It is little bit thicker than that of old Transformer Prime but other dimensions are almost same. By looking into photo you can observe that a plastic RF window strip is added to the rear of the device which improves the GPS reception which was one of the serious issue of ASUS Transformer Prime.

The price of  ASUS Transformer Pad Infinity is $599 which is about $100 greater than that of Transformer Prime. We don't know much about the availability of Asus Transformer Pad Infinity in market but we can expect it soon.
